Alteris is finding it difficult to get even the simplest things done with the seige ongoing. One task that must be done is the harvest and delivering of craet, the main staple of the Altaran diet. If you read through each npc's replies you will get a pretty good picture of the situation and a description of the city layout.

Start by speaking to Magistrate Altara in the room just south of Alteris, then to the fields on south side of top level to find Akesli Temlo. He gives you a Craet Scythe to harvest the craet. Equip it, step into the plant area and click until you get 8 success messages, then tell Akesli you're done. He tells you to talk to Hauler Dinalo who is standing nearby. Now it is time to deliver it.

First goes to Noble Allingvy in a building in northeast area. Second to Record Keeper Talantia in the north wing of the main building. Third to Arthik Jantis who lives on south side. Next is Mechanic Dalaber found working on the southeast parapet. Then Troopwielder Baris just north of Dalaber. Now go down 2 loops of the spiral to find the new home of Kanessic Elset. After go all the way down the spiral to find Troopweilder Balath in the center, and finally up the north arm to Troopwielder Latakan.

Upon hailing Latakan, two craet looters will path to you and steal your box. They won't agro you, but you need to kill them. They aren't social with other mobs except each other. Hopefully after killing them you'll get your box back, if not just go hail Hauler Dinalo for anther. Hail Latakan and then go back to Alteris to complete the task.
